Billing

Upsero offers paid subscriptions for premium features. When you subscribe, we'll charge your payment method on a regular basis until you cancel. Prices are in US Dollars unless noted otherwise.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime in your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We don't give refunds for partial periods, unless the law requires it.

Price Changes

We may change our prices. Any changes won't affect your current billing cycle. They'll apply when you renew. We'll give you notice before raising prices.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Upsero—text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and learning materials—belongs to us or our partners. It's protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You can use our Services for your own learning, but you can't:

• Copy, share, or build on our content
• Use bots or scrapers to pull data from our Services
• Remove or hide our branding or notices
• Sell or give your account access to others
• Use our logos or brand without written permission

5. User Conduct

Follow all laws when using our Services. Don't:

Our study materials are for learning only. They're not a replacement for official exam prep from certifying organizations.

9. Limitation of Liability

WE'RE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT DAMAGES LIKE LOST PROFITS OR DATA. THIS IS TRUE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS MORE.

10. Indemnification

If someone sues us because of how you used our Services or because you broke these Terms, you agree to cover our costs and damages.

11. Termination

We can end your access at any time, for any reason, without notice. If we do, you must stop using the Services right away.

12. Governing Law

These Terms follow Delaware law. Any legal disputes will be handled in courts in Wilmington, Delaware.

13. Severability

If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
