Your ReadyScore updates in real-time after every study session. Each question you answer provides new data that refines our prediction. We recommend answering at least 20-30 questions per session to see meaningful movement in your score.

ReadyScore analyzes multiple dimensions: accuracy across different domains, consistency over time, performance on difficult questions, answer timing patterns, and coverage of the exam blueprint. The guarantee requires: (1) maintaining 85%+ ReadyScore for 7 consecutive days, (2) completing at least 500 practice questions, and (3) taking your exam within 14 days of reaching that threshold. These conditions ensure you've genuinely prepared using our system before attempting the real exam.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We don't believe in making cancellation difficult—if Upsero isn't right for you, we want the process to be painless.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you're not satisfied within your first week, contact support@upsero.com for a full refund. For the Pass Guarantee, see our Pass Guarantee policy. We don't offer refunds for partial months after the initial 7-day period.

Go to Settings → Subscription → Update Payment Method. You can add a new card or update your existing payment information. Changes take effect immediately for your next billing cycle.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. We currently don't accept PayPal, but we're considering adding it based on user feedback.
